All Rounder Operator/ MR Truck Driver

 

Positions have become available to join our awesome elite team here at BREN-TEN Hire and Excavations as our client base experiences steady rapid growth.

 

BREN-TEN Hire and Excavations is a family-owned and operated business that has been serving the earthworks industry for over 15 years. We specialise in Retaining Walls and Earthworks. Our founder, Jon, started the company with a single excavator and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Today, we have a team of experienced professionals and a fleet of modern equipment that enables us to handle projects of any size and complexity. We take pride in our work and are committed to providing our clients with the highest level of service and quality.

We are looking for a general legend, someone that works well in a team and is ok with laughing half the day on site, our guys are somewhat too happy most of the time. We value attitude, initiative and work ethic over all else, and have trained many of our long standing staff up that have shown these qualities. On the job training will be provided with opportunities for growth within. By joining our team, you will learn many skills and have a diverse role within the company.

About You 

​

Qualifications & Experience 

  • Experience in similar role or field.

  • A responsible attitude with great work ethic.

  • Reliable and self-motivated.

  • Full commitment to upholding safe work practices.

  • Valid QLD Drivers Licence.

  • MR or HR License.

  • Excavator License (not mandatory but ideal)

  • White Card.

Tasks & Responsibilities 

  • Ability to work independently or within a team environment.

  • Effective Communication.

  • Punctuality and reliability.

Probation 

Three months' probation then full time.
